Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling , we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life developing a more positive outlook through compassionate, nurturing dialogue with yourself. Understanding your thinking and the relationship between the mind and body is emphasized. Mindfulness practices, movement, expressive arts therapy, healing meditations, sound healing, HeartMath breathwork and energy work along with talk therapy with affirming thinking and traditional indigenous medicine practices are provided in our model as appropriate. For those seeking a spiritual connection, we include psychospiritual (mind/spirit) development and exploration. We are person centered and create a plan with your input continually throughout your sessions.
