We only provide telehealth services. Access to Zoom is required. We only use HIPPA compliant Zoom. We also provide email , text and an emergency text and phone line access.

Often we have normal reactions to abnormal situations in this crazy world. I provide a validating, affirming, compassionate and loving environment to support you and coach you through creating Regulation, Recovery and Resilience in life. It's not " What's wrong with you?" . It's an approach that asks, "What happened to you?" in a safe, affirming, positive environment that validates your experience and helps you remember the beautiful mystery that you are.
My methods help you learn the skills and discover the elements that help you self heal, get unstuck and embody who you truly are within yourself and your relationships. We work together as a team to create Regulation, Recovery (from trauma, grief, mood issues, addiction) and Resilience. During our sessions we will process, explore, analyze, practice, breathe, laugh, affirm and create in many different ways. I'm not here to fix you, but to help you learn to heal, cope and if needed "fix" yourself. Each session has a homework assignment for the week. This might look like practicing a breathwork practice, including a nutrition element in your diet that week, moving your body, making some art, using affirming thoughts, tracking your thoughts feelings and reactions, listening to guided visualizations, using ear seeds, applying acupressure points for relief, developing small steps to help create big change.
You can heal, release and integrate your traumatic experiences into your life and develop awareness and understanding of your body messages, what it’s speaking to you and how to successfully navigate intense emotions. If you struggle with substance abuse, understanding your core beliefs, root issues and learning coping methods to deal with intense emotions and body reactions, can help you create the life you want. You can gain the ability to create healthy boundaries that support you. You can learn to befriend your emotions, using them as guides to understanding and honoring your nervous system and mind/body needs.

Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, panic and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing. Our practitioner, Jessica Waters, Phd, is a clinical trauma specialist and certified grief counseling who has been trained by some of the world's most respected trauma specialists. She utilizes a variety of methods that are mind/body based along with Imaginal Revisiting, Radically Open-DBT, ACT with Compassion, CBT, SFT, Radiant Heart Healing, HeartMath, expressive arts and movement including somatics, acupressure and reflexology, culinary and herbal mental wellness enhancements, energy work, and Platicas and Limpia's (cleansings) in the Curanderismo traditions of Latin America. Healing from trauma is a holistic endeavor that involves the mind, body and spirit. We can support you with interfaith, metaphysical practices as well that are uncommon in the counseling environment.
Our practitioner has walked her talk and has used all of these methods in her own healing from chronic, complex trauma (sexual assault, rape, mass shooting events) , developmental trauma, domestic violence, addiction, traumatic grief and anxiety/depression. Grief, Trauma and Addiction often go hand in hand. Our clinician is trained in specific methods for complicated grief from Columbia University in New York. This, along with her additional training in grief counseling adds to her experience and life experience healing from the loss of individuals that we love or are connected to, as well as other types of loss that impact us such as divorce, breakups, changes in life from medical issues (COVID particularly) or career loss, etc. She is trained in co-occurring disorders and addiction from Hazelden, MCB, First Call and has studied professionally with Dr. Jamie Marich (Addiction and Expressive Arts) as well as Dr.'s Gabor Mate, Bessell Van Der Kolk, and Janina Fischer (dissociative disorders). She utilizes a Mindfulness Based Relapse Prevention model with expressive arts and works with alternative 12 steps for women, Wellbriety/Medicine Wheel-White Bison, Recovery Dharma, as well as SMARTRecovery. She is also a Registered Yoga Teacher specializing in Yoga for Recovery, Grief Yoga, Children's, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Chair Yoga, Yin and Aqua Yoga.
Intensive Supported Recovery Counseling and Coaching is available as well. The program is for individuals who have 6 or fewer months of sobriety and who have undergone detox, if necessary. We do not provide detox services or inpatient rehab. Intensive outpatient requires the following:
Step 1: 3 - 45 minute session a week for 90 days.
Step 2: 2- 45 minute sessions a week for 60 days.
Step 3: 1-45 minute session a week for 60 days.
Length of time may be extended or shortened depending upon clinician and client assessment and need. All sessions are telehealth and private pay.
Sleep is one of the most important things we can do for our physical and mental body. Sleep directly impacts our mental health and mood as well as is a necessary component to memory in brain function. We teach you how the mind and body work together regarding sleep, explore potential sleep issues and using CBT-I, affirming thought, gentle movement, HeartMath, visualization and energy work along with foods and supplements, earseeds, acupressure, sound healing and affirming thought to improve your sleep.
Chronic pain involved the over stimulation of the nervous system and the body interpretating sensations at a heightened level. This occurs frequently in individuals who have survived trauma, chronic trauma, neglect, abuse, struggle with moderate to severe anxiety and panic and depression. We tailor a program specifically for you that supports you naturally in a positive, affirming environment with exercises that retrain the nervous system and how the body is able to perceive pain signals. We provide culinary, supplement and herbal treatments as well, that often have better results than traditional medication without being harmful or addictive*.

Health at Any Size Positive Wellness Coaching is specifically for individuals considered obese, morbidly obese or super morbid obese by traditional Western health care. We see you and embrace your beautiful goddess body, celebrating you and helping you achieve wellness at any size. Wellness is not something for thin, hypermobile, individuals who subscribe to diet culture and social norms of beauty. It's for everyone, regardless of weight, mobility level and size. Our clinician is training in Accessible and Body Positive Yoga as well as other types that can be modified for the chair, bed or with assistance. We work with your lifestyle and your goals to help you embrace all of you and learn to love yourself.
Transformative Parenting Coaching involves parenting education in understanding the behavior of their child, the biological, physical and environmental factors that may be contributing to behavior issues, how to help your child through tough times, cope with stressors, and regulate their nervous system with movement, breath, arts, structure and collaborative decision making. The hallmark of transformative parenting is mindfulness practice development for you, the parent and learning about the concepts of co-regulation, how to manage your frustration, stress, anxiety and fear. We help you understand elements of learning and behavior issues and provide support in implementing coping skills and interventions for both you and your child.
Our Mindfulness and Yoga Lifestyle Coaching is grounded in Accessible, Yin, Yoga Nidra and Restorative practices, the Yamas and Niyamas, Pranayama, MBSR and MMFT mindfulness based programs.

A body based process that involves free movement, authentic vocal toning, singing and developing the freedom to voice sounds that your body needs to release. Breathwork with visualization and affirming phrases.
Virtual and recorded.
Mindfulness based practices engaging in the exploration of a simple theme and using simple stitches with various fibers, fabrics and found objects. There are 2 different practices that meet once a month. Each has a different theme.
Groove is a practice where we participate in a group mindfulness and breath practice and use only simple stitches with different colored thread to create our piece. You work with the stitches and fabric for only 15-20 minutes. When time is up, you are done with the piece and the practice.
Flow is a practice where we participate, again, in a group mindfulness and breathing practice but include a variety of fabrics, found objects and multiple types of threads or embellishments. You work with the piece for the duration of the session and can return to it in multiple sessions. We learn how to get into a flow state.
Mindfulness based practices engaging in the exploration of visual art materials, movement, writing and music to help process and express deeper aspects of the self in the substance use, grief, trauma and anxiety/depression recovery process. Contemplative photography, painting, drawing, music creation, poetry, movement, film are all apart of this process. Virtual and recorded.
