Accessibility means you have access. Access mean affordability and availability. For us, it means offering telehealth only services that are accessible through your phone or laptop from anywhere. We don't take insurance for a variety of reasons, but have provided pro bono support for individuals in need on a limited bases. We determine our session fees through our platica's with you and use the honor system. Should we have questions about your income, we may ask for proof of income and prior tax records. Our fees support the practice and those in need of further reduced or temporary pro bono services. We are not grant, federal or state funded. We operate completely independently as a private practice. We do accept donations to help us continue to provide these services at the link below.
We don't look at a "what is wrong with you?" model of treatment. We embrace the strengths you possess and help you find them if you're unsure of what they are. We believe in affirming thought and developing affirming thinking. We are also realists, so that means we look at the evidence of what is real and use the true meaningful statement that shifts us to the positive instead of the negative. We believe that "diet" is everything you take into your system. This means not only food, drink and supplements but also what you are feeding your mind, heart and soul with. These lifestyle changes are not done in big sweeping movements most of the time. We help you take small steps that develop lasting change.
